My photographic journey began as a young boy with my first basic point and shoot film camera. In my teen years I graduated to my first “serious camera” - a Pentax K1000 35mm SLR - I thought I was a pro!

Photography then took a back seat for over 30 years as life got in the way, but my love affair with the camera was re kindled about 8 years ago.

My particular interest is landscape photography. My recent journey has taken me from the initial thrill of learning how to shoot images of iconic places to really trying to capture the experience I am feeling as I visit some of the most incredible places on the planet.

When we take a photograph we are recording how the light is falling on our subject at that particular moment time. In that respect every single frame is unique.
